Resumen Político 2022
Iniciamos labores para la elaboración, venta y posterior impresión y entrega del Resumen Político 2022, impreso que este año llega a su séptima versión.
Nuestro impreso ya es característico por dos razones, primero por la entrega en “cara a cara” con cada uno de los actores políticos de los 23 municipios de la subregión y por la sección “Los Que Suenan” espacio en el que le hemos atinado a más del 80% de los personajes que aparecen en el tarjetón final de las elecciones locales.
No se queden sin su espacio, sepárelo ya.
Estuvo en empalme
Una nota que se nos pasó hace 8 días fue la del empalme de las 33 CAR del país:
En Bogotá se reunión los 33 directores de las CAR con la ministra de medio ambiente Susana Muhamad, el viceministro de ordenamiento territorial y coordinador SINA, Francisco Canal.
Para destacar, en representación de la CAR oriental Cornare, estuvo el colega y amigo Javier Valencia.
En dicho empalme se expusieron logros de las Cars, los retos a futuro y se definieron algunas tareas con el nuevo gobierno:
La ministra iniciará visita por las regiones (diálogos regionales) para exponer sus líneas de trabajo:
- Ordenación del territorio a partir del agua
- Diálogos y participación social permanente (acuerdo Escazú). Diálogos regionales vinculantes, solución de conflictos con la comunidad.
- Lucha contra la deforestación con acciones concretas.
- Modernización SINA
- Puesta a punto aplicación plásticos de un solo uso
Entre otras.Según supimos hay muy buen ánimo entre el nuevo gobierno y las CAR, igualmente desde las regiones esperan con ansiedad que este gobierno se descentralice que no sea otro más que gobierne desde un escritorio capitalino.
Una líder jalona
Esta frase que puede ser una de esas de libros de motivación, toma fuerza en el Concejo municipal de Argelia, allí la presidencia del año 2020 inició con mucho ímpetu, con trabajo y como un relojito, esta dinámica decayó totalmente durante el 2021, en este año a duras penas nos fluía la información cuando pasaba algo grande, como cuando el alcalde de la localidad presentó un proyecto de Acuerdo para retirar a su municipio de la Provincia de la Paz, decisión que afortunadamente no prosperó, porque a hoy el alcalde Edwin Quintero si parece sentirse cómodo en esta figura asociativa.
Como dijeron en la sesión del año pasado “cómo iba a cortar el palito, cuando ya iba a dar cosecha”. Pero bueno nos desviamos del tema inicial, dónde queremos destacar el rumbo que retomó en el 2022 el Concejo municipal argelino, el factor en común es que este año 2022, está repitiendo presidencia la bella y muy activa concejal Lina Ocampo, quien el 2020 le imprimió su sello a la corporación y este año está demostrando que tiene mucha madera.
Entregaron sus cargos
Se acabó agosto y así mismo se acabó el contrato de varios personajes de la región, quienes por cambios en el gobierno nacional, estaban en mora de entregar sus puestos, por ejemplo el santuariano Octavio Duque de quien destacamos su homenaje en Runrún Político N° 178, Duque estuvo hasta el 31 de agosto al frente de esta entidad.
Otro que entregó funciones es el también santuariano, el exconcejal y excandidato alcaldía Andrés Zuluaga Rivillas, quien dejó de prestar sus servicios al frene de la dirección ejecutiva de ACORA el pasado 31 de agosto.
Zuluaga Rivillas presento examen para la secretaria del Concejo de Rionegro, prueba en la que obtuvo el puntaje más alto y lo tiene muy cerca de ese cargo por lo que resta del 2022.
Cambios en mesa directiva Concejo Marinilla
En nuestra cuenta de twitter habíamos anticipado que en la clausura de sesiones ordinarias del Concejo de Marinilla, se daría cambios en su mesa directiva, lo cual en efecto ocurrió.
La presidente de la vigencia 2022, la joven concejal Verónica Galvis renunció a la mesa directiva de la corporación, ojo solo a la mesa directiva donde era ordenadora de gasto. Sigue en su curul como concejal ejerciendo el control político haciendo política, actividad que hemos visto le gusta bastante. Igualmente renunció al cargo de secretario general del Concejo el abogado Omar Castaño.
Ambos personajes renuncian a sus dignidades para no inhabilitarse y salir al ruedo político con mira a las elecciones locales del 2023.
A Castaño si lo teníamos en el radar de posible precandidato, pero a la concejal Verónica no. Al parecer esta mujer será la única dama en la contienda por la alcaldía de la Esparta.
Éxitos en sus aspiraciones.
Y mientras tanto en la otra orilla, el exalcalde Edgar Villegas y el exconcejal Gustavo García se saborean como en el meme de Anthony Adams, pues la torta del oficialismo cada vez se divide más.
Malestar en los comerciantes
Desde que murió nuestro gran amigo y colega Tulio Torres, hemos dejado de frecuentar Guarne, ojo, no lo hemos abandonado, pero las constantes estadías en el municipio de la tapetusa, las hemos reducido, sin embargo el contacto con los amigos de allí sigue vigente.
Esta semana nos escribieron amigos que pertenecen al sector comercio de la localidad, estaba muy molestos por un evento que realizó la alcaldía municipal con el fin de apoyar la reactivación económica local, según nuestra fuente, que por cierto tiene negocio en el parque principal de la localidad, la alcaldía realizó el “Primer encuentro con comerciantes para la transformación del territorio”, conversatorio en el que la administración fue enfática en la el fortalecimiento e incentivo al comercio local, hasta allí todo muy bien y bienvenidos todos los esfuerzos por la reactivación total y local, el meollo del asunto radicada en que no se sabe a que genio de los organizadores, le dio por realizar este encuentro en otro municipio, pues el evento se realizó en el hotel Las Lomas de Rionegro.
A la queja se suma al malestar con la organización del concierto de Vilma Palma, los mismos comerciantes se quejaron que no era lógico organizar un concierto, que dejó muy poco para el municipio, pues según nuestra fuente, no se conoce como fue el contrato para el alquiler del estadio, ni lo que le quedó al municipio, porque hasta la limpieza del escenario deportivo corrió por cuenta del INDER.
Como quien dice, para realizar un concierto Guarne si tiene óptimas condiciones, pero para realizar una reunión con comerciantes, no existe un escenario adecuado.
Calentura en la política Sancarlitana
Y en San Carlos el ambiente político está que arde, la semana anterior los ánimos estaban crispados por la radicación, socialización y posterior aprobación de un proyecto de Acuerdo para tramitar un nuevo empréstito para el municipio.
Según este video realizado por el concejal Jonathan Torres el municipio actualmente cuenta con un superávit de más de 10 mil millones de pesos, por lo que no ve necesario el trámite para un nuevo préstamo.
Hasta el 29 de agosto se tenía claro que el proyecto se iba a votar negativo y así lo habían manifestado varios sectores políticos, lo cual oh sorpresa en la sesión del 30 de agosto el proyecto pasó como si tuviera vaselina, las maquinarias estaban engrasadas y San Carlos hará un empréstito por 2500 millones de pesos, lo que suma a una deuda total de 10 mil millones de pesos y las arcas llenas, así que la campaña del 2023 será a punta de lapicero.

Hace 8 días en Runrún político N° 178 publicamos una nota con el titular “Alcalde, apriete a los contratistas”, la nota hacía mención a las obras de remodelación del parque principal de El Retiro, en ella mencionábamos las quejas de algunos comerciantes y la expectativa frente a la fecha de entrega (noviembre 2022), esta semana el propio alcalde Nolber Bedoya apareció en video contándole a la comunidad el avance de las obras y anunciando el vaciado de losa.
Muy bien por el avance de las obras y mucho mejor si nos están leyendo, esa es la finalidad de la columna.
Desde La Honda
Nuestro amigo el concejal Esneider Castrillón a quien en varias columnas hemos destacado como “el toro Castrillón”, porque ese joven es un toro para la política, nos envió imágenes de su recorrido por la Vereda La Honda donde estuvo el fin de semana acompañando a la comunidad del sector en una actividad para la recolección de fondos para la JAC, allí la comunidad realiza un bingo con regularidad para integrar a sus habitantes y de paso obtener unos pesos que ayuden a la comunidad.
El concejal participó de las actividades, acompaño a la comunidad y de paso se gozó el sancocho comunitario.
Concejales destacados 2021
La semana anterior la Gobernación de Antioquia realizó la entrega de los reconocimientos a los concejales destacados de la vigencia 2021, un acto emotivo con una alta carga simbólica. El evento se llevó a cabo en el auditorio del IDEA y algo que llamó la atención fue que varios de los concejales destacados, ya hoy son exconcejales, pues renunciaron a su curules con miras a las elecciones del próximo año. En cuanto a listado de los concejales destacados, ya en el mes de mayo les habíamos compartido el listado completo el cual poder consultar en la columna Runrún Político N° 166.
Vuelve y juega Granada

En esta columna hemos sido reiterativos y cansones con el tema de la vía de acceso al casco urbano de Granada, hasta hace un mes estábamos insistiendo por la recuperación de la banca en el sector llamado el matadero, ahora volvemos a insistir pero con el denominado “paso malo” sitio que está en jurisdicción del municipio de El Santuario, pero que es un punto neurálgico para llegar al casco urbano de Granada y para acortar camino al municipio de San Carlos, el sitio es una falla geológica que se engulle la carretera, sin embargo yan han sido varios de los anuncios del gobierno departamental para dar una solución definitiva al sitio en mención al punto que en una reunión con Obras Antioquia en la cual estuvimos presentes, se propuso un cambio de trazado de este sitio y comprar unos predios aledaños para evitar la falla, abaratar contos en el tiempo, y garantizar una vía en óptimas condiciones a las comunidades que a diario deben utilizar esta vía.
En este video cortesía de la emisora Granada Estereo, el cual publicamos en nuestra cuenta de twitter se ven las maromas que deben realizar los camioneros y operadores de retro, para que el gas llegue al municipio de Granada. A simple vista se ve lo peligroso del caso, ojalá se tomen cartas en el asunto y no esperen a que pase una tragedia.
Posdata: A la fecha el gobernador Aníbal Gaviria no ha visitado el municipio de Granada y mucho menos su vía. El candidato de la actual administración parece indicar que será el amable Luis Fernando Suárez, un hombre valga decir ya ejerció como gobernador y valga mencionar no le fue muy bien.
