Carro de bomberos
Esta semana el municipio de La Unión, Antioquia, recibió una moderna máquina de bomberos, la cual tiene un valor aproximado de 700 millones de pesos.
El lustroso vehículo fue entregado por el gobernador Aníbal Gaviria al alcalde Alexander Osorio; Y más se demoró el alcalde en recibirlo, que en nosotros recibir un chat en el que nos decían: qué bueno que este vehículo hubiera llegado un mes antes, así se hubiera evitado la muerte de Julián Álvarez, el joven que murió a causa de un incendio en el comando de policía de esta localidad. Hechos que son materia de investigación y que tienen a este municipio en tensa calma, al punto que nos dice nuestra fuente, que el pasado domingo cuando se encendieron los alumbrados navideños, el alcalde Osorio no estaba muy seguro de subirse a la tarima, pues se esperaba el abucheo y reclamos generalizados por este hecho, pero al final no hubo abucheo y La Unión encendió oficialmente sus luces de navidad.
El Peñol caminata canina
En el municipio de El Peñol, amos y mascotas marcharon diciendo no a la pólvora, en una colorida caminata donde las mascotas muy titinas exhibían su pañoleta de “A la pólvora no le juego” aditamentos patrocinadas por la alcaldía de la señora Sorany Marín para engalanar las mascotas y así mismo crear conciencia sobre el uso de pólvora en este fin de año
El acto fue muy emotivo tanto por la época predecembrina, como por la cantidad de animalitos y amos que desfilaron.
Ojalá este año los quemados sean mínimos y las mascotas no sufran el estrés a causa de la pólvora. Al menos ya la alborada mafiosa estuvo pasada por agua por lo que disminuyó la quema de pólvora o por lo menos la lluvia mitigó el ruido de esta.

Algunos contratistas de la administración de Rionegro y personal de confianza nos comentaron que la alcaldía de esta ciudad tiene dos fórmulas oficiales para senado, la primera es la del actual representante Esteban Quintero, de quien nos ha dicho anda muy preocupado por estos días, pues las diferentes decisiones de su partido el Centro Democrático le van afectar su votación, en especial el lío de las concejales de Medellín, a quienes el jefe máximo del uribismo no las quiere ver ni en fotos, obvio que esto repercute en el equipo del joven representante.
Como dicen algunos concejales de Rionegro, hay entre 20 y 30 razones para acompañar la fórmula de Esteban.
La otra fórmula es la del senador conservador Carlos Andrés Trujillo, a quien le están orientando los concejales y directivos que no van a trabajar con el Quinterismo.
Ambas fórmulas hoy están perseguidas por el fantasma de SITIRIO, sistema de transporte que no arranca, en cambio si le crece el descontento, al punto que un grupo de transportadores locales ya anunciaron cese de actividades para el próximo 6 de diciembre, mejor dicho Rionegro tendrá su festejo de cumpleaños, ya que el 6 de diciembre es el día clásico de amor a Rionegro por eso de la fundación.
Grupos de Whatsapp
Nos metieron en unos grupos de Whatsapp (cosa que detestamos) en el municipio de El Retiro en los cuales circula información de todo tipo, pero sí nos llamó poderosamente la atención algunos de estos chat en los que los miembros del grupo escriben y se preguntan constantemente entre ellos: “¿Ya la alcaldía (de EL Retiro obviamente) cometió la embarrada de hoy?
Son diversos los comentarios, desde jocosos y tiernos hasta quejas muy delicadas frente a la administración del alcalde Nólber Bedoya. Ay, esos grupos tan perversos, pero tan poderosos.

A la presidencia de la Confederación
Desde la alpujarra nuestro corresponsal Juan Carlos Henao nos cuenta que el presidente de la Asamblea 2021, el conservador Jaime Cano asumió la presidencia de la confederación de diputados y asambleas del país, una interesante dignidad si se cuenta que son 32 asambleas y 416 diputados agremiados, un gran botín electoral para las elecciones del 2022. Cano pertenece al equipo del senador Carlos Andrés Trujillo.
Algo tiene que estar haciendo bien
El expersonero de Rionegro 2018 – 2020, Jorge Luis Restrepo un hombre de paso fugaz en la región pero dejó amigos y relaciones políticas.
Esta semana conocimos su ratificación en el cargo de secretario general del concejo de Medellín, por tercer año consecutivo Restrepo se ha ratificado en esta dignidad, una de las más apetecidas y difíciles de la ciudad, pues si a plata blanca vamos, ser secretario del concejo de Medellín es más difícil que ser concejal y no queremos demeritar la labor proselitistas de los 21 concejales de la ciudad, pero la dinámica electoral es muy diferente a ser elegido por 21 concejales donde las intrigas están al orden del día.
Por eso destacamos la ratificación de Restrepo en su cargo, le auguramos éxitos.
Mesas directivas concejos del Oriente Antioqueño vigencia 2022
Los concejos de la subregión eligieron sus mesas directivas para el año 2022, una anualidad de mucho proselitismo, pero poco trabajo administrativo, pues por ser año electoral y la Ley de garantías en el Limbo, los concejos pasarán al plano del control político y en muchos municipios, como ya lo hemos vivido en años anteriores no tendrán ni a quién invitar a las sesiones, por lo que veremos desfilar mucho rellenos en las plenarias de los 23 concejos.

Empecemos con Abejorral, el presidente electo Diego Alexander Palacio un hombre del partido de gobierno de esta localidad y de entera confianza del alcalde Julian Muñoz; es más nos enteramos de que la orden desde el primer despacho era que apoyaran a este concejal para alcanzar la presidencia, objetivo que se logró.

Alejandría, este concejo si que ha tenido afugias económicas, sin embargo ahí van; allí Jhon Jairo Muñoz de una lista de firmas denominada “Unidos por Alejandría” tiene la tarea de ayudar a consolidar el programa de gobierno de la alcaldesa Sor María Ocampo.
A la par en esta plaza la puja por la legislativas será intensa, tanto conservadores como el Centro Democrático están moviendo sus fichas tanto para senado como para cámara, pero su visión está puesta en 2023 con las locales.
En este municipio los sectores alternativos y los colectivos integrados por jóvenes, cada día ganan más espacio, estamos seguros de que Gustavo Petro logrará una interesante votación y no precisamente porque sea muy querido, sino gracias a los jóvenes.

En Argelia la elección de mesa directiva se dio en dos tandas, primero se votó presidencia y vicepresidencia primera, la vicepresidencia segunda fue declarada desierta, pero el martes en la tarde la completaron con el concejal Jorge Flórez de Cambio Radical.
En este municipio repite presidencia la concejala Lina Cristina Ocampo, una mujer con determinación y que siempre ha estado en el sonajero de los alcaldables para 2023.
La puja por la presidencia del concejo se convirtió en un tema de gobierno local, el alcalde Edwin Quintero movió sus fichas, llamó a sus corporados, pero al final Lina con la ayuda del concejal de oposición Carlos Buitrago se alzó con la victoria.
Ojo a estos personajes: Lina Ocampo y Carlos Buitrago, si unen esfuerzos, el camino les queda muy allanado para las locales en 2023.

En Concepción a pesar de que la presidencia la tendrá el Centro Democrático y que en un comienzo esta colectividad hizo parte de las fuerzas de coalición, desde el pasado mes de octubre cuando un grupo de concejales votó negativo un proyecto de Acuerdo en el que se autorizaban vigencias futuras para convenio con EPM, los concejales que hundieron el proyecto le mostraron los dientes al alcalde, así que se puede decir que la mesa directiva es oposición, mucho más que el presidente es uno de los personajes que quiere alcaldía en 2023.

El Santuario, en esta localidad teníamos una conformación de mesa directiva diferente, desde mediados de año se sabía de algunos acuerdos para que el presidente fuera el joven Diego Gómez, sin embargo por unas sesiones en las que el hombre se mostró muy crítico sus compañeros de bancada, los conservadores, los cuales son mayoría, pusieron el grito en el cielo y en conjunto con el alcalde Juan David Zuluaga, le dieron la estocada final.
En un inició hubo conato de incendio, pero la votación fue 13 de 13, así que se notó que las aguas solo hicieron espuma.
Si nos queda un sin sabor, estábamos convencidos que el joven Diego hubiera hecho una presidencia de lujo, ahora le toca al veterano Belisario luchar contra morfeo y demostrar que aún hay madera para rato.
En esta localidad sí que nos deleitamos con la política y con los buñuelos salados.

Granada, vuelve a repetir presidencia el concejal por estatuto de oposición Diego Naranjo, sin muchas sorpresas este joven que está en la orilla de la oposición tendrá un año para consolidarse y apoyar a su equipo político, el cual con los acontecimientos de los últimos días ya no saben en cuál matiz del conservatismos militará
Y como nos dijo un parroquiano de esta localidad: “En Granada la presidencia del concejo es un Frente Nacional chiquito, allí los conservadores y los liberales se alternan el poder”.

En La Ceja, para nosotros si fue una gran sorpresa la elección del presidente, siempre tuvimos en el radar el nombre de Carlos Mario Mejía del Centro Democrático, pero al indagar con personas de su equipo entendimos la jugada y nos soltaron una bomba,
Nos aseguraron que en un acto de responsabilidad Mejía no aceptó la presidencia, pues se espera que a mediados de año y sin no hay contratiempos el joven concejal renuncie a su partido y por ende a su curul con el fin de salir a buscar el primer cargo municipal, ahí les anticipamos uno de los chismecitos que año a año les entregamos en nuestro impreso Resumen Político.

La Unión, sale de la presidencia un hombre con muchas aspiraciones como lo es Eleuterio Martinez, le recibe la presidencia Luz Dary Valencia una dama fiel seguidora del exaspirante a alcaldía y tercera votación Diego Tibaquira, quien tendrá una gran aliada en el concejo lo que muy seguramente le ayudará en su muy segura segunda aspiración en 2023.
Como dato estadístico nos dicen que es la primera vez en esta municipalidad, que una mesa directiva está integrada 100% por mujeres. Como quien dice: “qué viva el matriarcado”
Ah y ojalá en 2022 si escuchemos a la bella y joven concejala María José Botero, a quien no le conocemos la voz, es más, nunca le hemos visto una intervención.

En Marinilla, sin muchas sorpresas la presidencia quedó en cabeza de una joven dama, Verónica Muñeton Galvis, más conocida como la profe. Es una mujer que por no estar afiliada a un partido con personería jurídica, sino una lista de firmas, tiene un gran margen de maniobra para jugársela a fondo por sus candidatos en 2022, los cuales estamos seguros serán los de la casa Hoyos, es decir, la joven presidente será la voz del alcalde Hurtado y su representación en la campaña que decidan, el margen de maniobra es muy alto.
Le auguramos éxitos en su mandato.
La vicepresidencia primera le tocó al conservador Ronald Mejía, un hombre que muy seguramente aprovechará la palomita para su aspiración en 2023.

En Rionegro si no hubo mucha sorpresa, se votó como se esperaba, quizás la puja y quién lo creyera se dio por la vicepresidencia 1, la de la oposición, para esta dignidad se presentaron los dos concejales de La U, uno en la oposición y otro con el gobierno, entre ellos se canibalizaron, quedándole servido el cargo al único corporado de Cambio Radical Alex valencia.
La presidencia de Jeider Serna un joven con perrengue de seguro tendrá mucha figuración, estaremos pendientes de las acciones del concejo de Rionegro.

Nos dicen que cada 8 días tienen evento.
