Se jubila el subdirector de la regional Páramos de Cornare
Esta semana nos enviaron esta imagen del alcalde de Argelia Edwin Quintero López, entregándole condecoración al subdirector de la regional Páramo de Cornare Néstor Orozco Sánchez por su gestión y aportes a la zona del suroriente.
La imagen nos inquietó mucho y nos pusimos a indagar el porqué de la condecoración pensamos que le habían movido la butaca a Néstor en cuenta de cobro por no haber jugado con las directrices de la CAR oriental en las pasadas elecciones de Congreso, pues este personaje jugó en la disidencia que se formó el interior del conservatismo con la casa del hoy senador Germán Blanco. Está hipótesis fue descartada de inmediato por nuestras fuentes, nos aclararon que el buen Néstor se va de Cornare porque ya ajustó su tiempo y edad de jubilación. Nos alegra mucho que el hombre se vaya a gozar de un descanso, el cual no será muy lago, pues de otro lado nos dijeron que muy posiblemente el amigo Néstor aspire al Concejo de Sonsón en las elecciones del próximo año.
Con la salida de saco el que debe estar un agasajado con mucha invitación a almorzar y con buen suvenir de botella de whisky, es Javier Parra el director de Cornare, porque esa vacante es muy apetecida y ahora que está sola, debe haber más de uno con ganas, pero les vamos a matar la ilusión, ese cargo ya tiene dueña, una mujer muy dinámica, muy bonita y con mucha proyección, se trata de la sanpacheña Liliana Ciro, si la misma que destacamos en nuestra revista Resumen Político 2021, esta aguerrida abogada asume la próxima semana como subdirector en la zona páramo.
Desde esta columna le enviamos un saludo especial y muchas felicitaciones por su nombramiento.
En cuando a nuestro impreso Resumen Político, el cual este año llega a su séptima edición, se confirma una vez más en que es una de las mejores vitrinas en el tema político en toda la subregión del Oriente Antioqueño.
Se cayó la revocatoria del mandato en Rionegro
Esta semana la Registraduría nacional informó que el comité promotor de la revocatoria del mandato en el municipio de Rionegro, no fue capaz de recolectar 7727 firmas válidas para dar vía al libre al proceso y de este mecanismo de participación y después de verificar todos los pasos llamar a las urnas.
En este portal siempre nos hemos declarado detractores de este mecanismo que siempre es usado como un revanchismo político, y que en el 95% de los casos fracasa, el mecanismo merece ser revisado y no permitir que se utilizado como una estrategia opositora.
Desde que se inició el proceso de recolección de firmas en Rionegro manifestamos que estaba destinado al fracaso. Somos de la tesis que, si se ganó en las urnas, que se gobierne por 4 años, y que sean las mismas urnas quienes premien o castiguen a los mandatarios de turno.
Con esto se cierra un ciclo en la agitada vida política de Rionegro, ya es la recta final del gobierno y empiezan las elecciones con otros liderazgos. Esa es la democracia.
7 concejales del Oriente Antioqueño de viaje a la madre Patria.
Esta semana nos enteramos del periplo que tendrán 7 concejalas del oriente Antioqueño en España, las corporadas fueron invitada a participar de la cumbre iberoamericana de agendas de género en santa Coloma de Gramenet en la provincia de Barcelona.
Las concejalas viajeras son de diferentes municipios
1 de El Retiro, 1 de La Unión, 1 de Montebello, 2 de Sonsón y 2 de Rionegro.
Las concejalas de la delegación rionegrera presentaran dos ponencias durante la cumbre como lo son:
-“La participación de mujeres rurales en la política y como a través del trabajo comunitario cumplen el papel de lideresas que se ven trocados a la hora de participar en elecciones populares”, a cargo de la concejal de oposición Lady Baena del partido de La U.
Y el tema “Las mujeres que cuidan de sí mismas, que trae dignificar desde la infancia el modelo de mujer que ha impuesto la sociedad machista, fortaleciendo el rol de mujer para cambiar los prototipos”, a cargo de la concejal de coalición Lina Ciro del partido Centro Democrático.
Los costos del viaje corren por cuenta propia de las concejales. Qué bueno sería que los alcaldes se metan la mano al bolsillo y les ayuden, eso con euro por encima de 4.500 pesos, sale muy costoso.

Vías con regalías
Hace unos días durante la celebración de los 30 años de Masora se hizo un anuncio que pasó un poco desapercibido, se trata del Decreto para la “REHABILITACIÓN Y MEJORAMIENTO DE LAS VÍAS TERCIARIAS” con recursos de regalías de los 9 municipios que integran la asociación de municipios.
Este proyecto estaba durmiendo el sueño de los justos, hasta que el alcalde Nolber, ya como presidente de la junta directiva de la asociación de municipios le pidió al gobernador Aníbal Gaviria que lo viabilizara.
El proyecto tiene un valor de $15.765.181.513, e inicialmente alcanzaba para casi 3 kilómetros de pavimento en cada municipio, pero la demora del ente departamental en la asignación de los recursos, disminuirá muchísimo, pues la inflación y la devaluación del peso, impacta directamente en estos recursos.
Muy triste que los recursos no estén rindiendo debido a las demoras del ente departamental, pues se debe acotar que la estructuración del proyecto por parte de MASORA estaba lista desde principio del año 2022.
Y hablando de MASORA, felicitamos a su director ejecutivo, el abogado Fabio Ríos y a su pareja, quienes está estrenando gemelas, los bebes nacieron esta semana, lo que ha tenido al nuevo padre bastante ocupado.
Las firmatones están de moda
Y ya que al mandatario departamental, a quien elegimos con el voto en el 2019, le quedó grande dar solución a las vías de la subregión, las comunidades mamadas de esta situación, tomaron la herramienta de recolección de firmas como un mecanismo pacifico de presión y protesta, para elevar como petición ante el gobierno nacional, el mejoramiento de sus vías, las cuales son vitales para el acceso de insumos de primera necesidad y para la movilidad esencial, no son para usos suntuarios, pero esto poco le importa a la gobernación de Antioquia.
En Sonsón y en Granada las comunidades ya han completado varias planillas con firmas de ciudadanos que ya no aguantan más tanta desidia ni tanto abandono dela gobernación de Antioquia, mientras tanto nuestro gobernador solo mira al Urabá.
¿Qué tendrá esa tierra que tanto le gusta y a la que tanto le invierte? Ay, ay, ay.
PingPong Político
Nuestro espacio para precandidatos alcaldías del Oriente Antioqueño ha tenido muy buena acogida en el nicho político, ya son varias las citas agendadas de personajes que quieren pasar por el espacio, el cual como lo hemos dicho es un formato ágil, de no más de 5 minutos con preguntas tipo debate, muy cortas y concretas, claro que apenas estamos calentando y a medida que se vaya acercado el debate electoral, les subiremos la exigencia a las preguntas.
Esta semana pasaron por el espacio
Juan Carlos Salazar Duque, precandidato alcaldía de El Santuario. Salazar ya participo en la pasada contienda alcaldía, donde contó con el aval de la ASI y obtuvo 2285 votos.
Ahora vuelve con más experiencia, más apoyos y más ganas, este precandidato uno de los fijazos en el tarjetón del 2023 para la alcaldía de la tierra del buñuelo salado.
Andrés Aristizábal, precandidato alcaldía de Rionegro. Aristizábal ha ocupado cargos directivos en varias administraciones de Rionegro. En el pasado siendo muy joven aspiró al Concejo de la localidad, sin éxito, pero en lo burocrático no le ha ido mal. Ahora quiere dar el paso grande y aspirar a la alcaldía, pero para ello debe pujar para salir elegido por el bloque oficialista que en la actualidad conforman otros 6 precandidatos.
Ilbeth Santa, expersonera, exsecretaria de movilidad y tránsito y excandidata alcaldía en el 2011, esta mujer ahora vuelve al ruedo bajo el cobijo de un equipo fuerte, el del concejal Alexander Tobón “el rosco”, quien a su vez tiene un compromiso con el representante Elkin Ospina que entre los dos equipos escoger un candidato único en el municipio de las bicicletas, aunque no se ha definido el mecanismo para definir el candidato único, los precandidatos están haciendo la tarea, se espera que para principios del 2023 se defina quien es el elegido.

Esta semana en nuestro espacio JAQUE, nos fuimos para el municipio de El Retiro, allí conversamos con el alcalde Nolber Bedoya y fuimos testigos oculares de las diferentes obras que se adelantan en la localidad.
El alcalde sigue con su cronograma de entregar el parque a su comunidad a finales de noviembre o más tardar primeras semanas de diciembre, lo que si es claro es que según el mandatario este estará listo para las fiestas de los negritos en la última semana de diciembre.
La entrega del parque se hará por etapas y en este mes de octubre ya tendrá su primera prueba de fuego, al realizar el concierto del grupo Suramérica en la primera parte que ya está lista.
